Frequently Asked Questions

How does pricing work?

We charge $5 for a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN). This. gives you access to the core services: CDN, WAF, DNS, and Monitoring.

What is the difference between a site and a domain?

A domain will have a DNS record. For example, noc.org goes to an IP on the internet (e.g., 1.2.3.4) a site does not. A site can be buried on a domain. For example, domain.com/path/to/site. In this instance, the site does not have a DNS value. When configuring the NOC service it will always rely on a domain that is fully qualified with the domain name system.

Can I get a refund?

We give you a 14-day free trial, so use that before purchasing. You can cancel at any time, so we won't process refunds for used services. If after the trial you purchase and wish to cancel, that is also possible.

How long does a subscription last?

All subscriptions are for one month. You pay as you go and it renews on its own. This is a subscription service!

Will this work on my WordPress website?

Yes, this platform was specifically built for open-source CMS applications like WordPress, Joomla!, Drupal, Magento and so many others.
